CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY ______________________________________ APPOINTMENT RESERVATION • All appointments are reserved and scheduled specifically for each client to ensure a personalized, uninterrupted service experience. Time is allocated in advance and cannot be filled last minute. ______________________________________ 24-HOUR POLICY • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. • Missed appointments (no-shows) will also incur a 50% charge. ______________________________________ LATE ARRIVALS • Clients arriving late are expected to notify the studio as soon as possible. Arrivals exceeding 25 minutes past the scheduled appointment time will be considered a missed appointment. • The appointment will be canceled and a 50% service charge will apply. ______________________________________ PAYMENT POLICY • A valid card on file is required for booking. If a charge cannot be processed, the outstanding balance must be paid in full prior to booking any future services. ______________________________________ POLICY AGREEMENT • By booking an appointment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all cancellation, late, and payment terms listed above.
